Ja. Schöne Atmosphäre

Klimaanlage im Zimmer kühlte leider nicht optimal. Die eingestellten 20 grad wurden nicht erreiche. Es war nachts sehr warm im Zimmer. Durchscheinende Glasscheibe zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer war leider nicht so optimal für eine Privatssphäre.

Sehr leckers Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal, gerade am Empfang und beim Frühstück, bei Ergänzungen für das Zimmer wurde sehr schnell reagiert.

Beschädigtes Zimmer, haben aber nachdem wir es angesprochen haben, ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Die Zimmer sind bereits ziehmlich abgewohnt, Macken und unterschiedliche Farben an den Wänden, Schimmel unter dem Badezimmerfenster (wurde sofort nach Meldung beim Personal im Zimmer entfernt und behandelt, TOP!), Teppich mit alten Flecken und Laufsputeren. Auf meine Reklamation bezüglich des Preises bei einem Zimmer mit Schimmel wurde schnell und Fachmännisch reagiert! Support auch TOP!

Großes, geräumiges Zimmer. Der Spa- und Fitnessbereich ist ein absolutes Highlight. Sehr großes Angebot und weitläufig. Auch der Weg zur Innenstadt ist über die Rheinpromenade sehr schnell und schön zu Fuß. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und die Skybar überzeugt neben den Cocktails mit dem Ausblick über Bonn. Einziges Manko, die Preise sind sehr gehoben und das Personal kam kaum hinterher, dennoch eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Frühstück ebenso!

Frühstück, Spa

Overall OK stay but didn't meet my expectations. Gym area looked great. Sauna was nice and had good amenities. Pool isn't worth mentioning. Free water fountain in the spa area included and tasty.

The iron in our room was rusty and stained my husband's shirt. Rooms don't have AC, just vents and central air. Does not cool down the room adequately. Asked for a fan, got a cheap pedestal fan that wouldn't turn on or stand on its own. The first night we spent on the 5th floor with a ton of bugs (gnats, ladybugs and mosquitoes) in our room. Don't open the windows, you will regret it. There was only one blanket for 2 guests. Upon mentioning those circumstances, we got a room on the 12th floor, a new iron, a tower fan and another blanket but this time the shower wasn't as nice and the pressure and temperature would fluctuate and the shower gel dispenser was empty and wasn't refilled the next day. Filling the ice bucket costs 5€ -- unreasonable. Parking wasn't included, nearby parking garage charges 18€/day instead of Marriotts 24€. Mattresses were bent, bathrobes not comfortable, sheets had holes in them and slippers looked used. It's the little details... Overall, I had high expectations for a Marriott and wouldn't book here again. Definitely a mismanaged hotel, as the reviews had me convinced until actually spending a night there. Not worth the price. The reception was kind though, the staff was friendly. Something's up behind the scenes.
