This hotel is old time British Type. Rooms are okay but bath room fittings are old and broken. Toilets we non-hygenic. Staffs are many but do not clean room on request. There is one man at reception that handles everything. Brakfast was too simple. I was locked in in toilet as there fittings are broken. They however have some good locations for parties and weddings. nothing like 5 star hotel.

The smell of dampness is spread throughout the room, the bathroom is not clean and has not been renovated for a long time, the central air conditioning was annoying, finally we booked a premium room and paid for a premium room but we did not get it
