Free mini-bar, I especially like the fruit juice. Breakfast also free! Though it’s free, the quality was excellent! Room is spacious & clean.

The room is too dark, hard to do makeup or even unpacked/packed my luggage. Staff were nice & helpful but poor English, sometimes very hard to communicate. Also, the hotel provides free parking but need to get off from car and use the phone outside the carpark to call to the front desk to arrange!

Check in space was a little uncomfortable; practically in dining room with little space to manage luggage and such. Staff was gracious and helpful.

口コミも良く、期待しすぎてしまっていたのか、想像とは少し異なりました。メインがレストランなのか、フロントはレストランの荷物置き場というか、作業スペースの様なところで、帰りの宿泊税もそのスペースの廊下の様なところで立ちっぱなしで支払ったのは興醒めしました笑 お部屋は暗いです。私は近くのビルから丸見えだった点も気になりました。またベランダは他のお部屋と共通で、外の雨除けがオレンジ色でお部屋に入ってくる光もオレンジ色で、せっかく備え付けのミラー付きデスクも顔色がわからないので、メイクするには何も役にたちませんでした。あとお風呂の蛇口がバスタブの中央に設置されている仕様は、我が家と勝手が違い、私は立ち上がる際に何度かぶつけてしまいました。 ただ値段通りかといえばそうでした。期待以上では無かったです。 朝ごはんは素晴らしかったです。本当に美味しかったです。

Service is amazing. The room is spacious and well equipped. Food is delicious.

Staff was top notch! The property is like a tropical paradise. The food and amenities are well worth it.

Rug in our room needed to be cleaned. Bathroom is small.

館内は静かで、ゆっくり滞在できました。朝食も美味しく、地産地消を取り入れて良かったです。スタッフの人たちも親切でした。また滞在したいです。

The staff were amazing, this has been our favourite place to stay in Japan so far. We had a very special dinner at medium rare I would highly recommend.

Wish we'd stayed longer!
