Arrived at approx 1430hrs asked if we can have our room. Was told cheekily that 7000yen applies at check in time supposed to be 1600hrs Totally no flexibility or whatsoever Housekeeping did not make up room even make up room sign were turned on before we went out.

Staff were super sweet, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of food. The extra freebies made the hotel well worth the price.

For my personal taste, I think they could brighten up the hotel a bit with more natural and artificial lighting, but they are going for a more swanky stylish vibe which is cool too.
