Harbour Hotel Richmond

I had a wonderful stay over the bank holiday. Don't be put off by negative reviews! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, the food in the restaurant was very good snd the spa was great. I had a wonderful massage.

Overall pleasant stay. The bedside lamp shades had a thick layer of dust on them, and suspect these are rarely cleaned. The pillows were very uncomfortable. However, the staff were great and the facilities excellent.

Shame the weekend was ruined.rubbish being collected at 3am noise from upstairs all nt long..builders doing maintenance at breakfast time.. what was surprised to be a special weekend really was not..

We ate in the gate restaurant, the food was great 😊 however the check in staff neglected tell us that the outside seating area

Spa was good as were the rooms (didn’t eat in the restaurant). Location was perfect, very close to Richmond Park and a short walk into the village. Minor points for improvement were: wardrobe shelves were dusty; tea making area did not have a plug socket there (just a hole in the back of the cupboard); no spare loo roll. Parking was right outside but paid for via a 3rd party company (the hotel next door had complimentary parking if you stay there). But overall, 4oo5 stars.

Stayed here many times and love it every time. The beds are so comfortable that we bought one for home!! Staff always friendly. Food amazing. Gorgeous rooms. I always recommend this hotel

Great property if you want to visit Richmond and Richmond Park. The staff were friendly. The room was nice but a little tired.

If you know your food avoid the restaurant

Lovely hotel with nice interior

The room was lovely and I even received an upgrade! Very clean place and a modern feel. The only thing to let things down was both my evening meal and breakfast I had to wait a while to be seated when it wasn't busy, I was extremely disappointed at breakfast that there was no hot food available and opted to go elsewhere.
