Hotel Villa Kiin

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kiin. The hotel is right next to Playa Norte and you can walk to many restaurants in the area. The pool area was wonderful and relaxing as well. We stayed in the Honeymoon bungalow and had an ocean view. We will definitely stay again when we visit Isla Mujeres!

Good place

Room was ok but had a musty smell to it. 1st room.we got the air didn't work, fortunately we were moved and the air worked but the smell wasn't pleasant.

Lovely not expensive hotel. Beds and bathrooms are not updated or fancy but it is right on the water by the best beach on isla mujeres. Pool is nice, no restaurant on property but so many places nearby. Multiple beach clubs are across the street! Will stay again. Balconies and hammocks with beach view is a million dollar view!!

Fantastic location right next to Playa Norte. Fantastic pool, fridge in room to keep drinks cold.. Walking distance to ferry terminal and town.

The AC in our room didn't seem to be working properly. But other than that it was all really good.

Me gustó las instalaciones, sobre todo que puedes meter tus bebidas y comida. La vista de la habitación al mar y son muy cómodas, cuentan con un frigobar

The hotel is located next to a small familial beach and a few meters away from the famous north beach. There is a very loud nightclub just in front that plays music until late in the night, and the sound of the cars crossing the wooden bridge next to it wakes you up in the morning. The breakfast included with the room is composed of white bread and cheap juice. And that is if you are lucky, otherwise it is french bread drench in whipped cream. The shower was old and almost broken. The pool and garden are very nice.

Very welcoming, steps away from the beautiful beach, everything is near by.
