Enjoyed our time just a lot of noise around the pool area from outside

We have stayed a couple of times at Nautilus and the staff and management are very friendly and helpful. I will admit the apartments do need renovating, but they are very clean and tidy.

not that good, i had cocky in my unit my aircon kept turning off and i got the unit for the spa bath and it didn’t even work!!

Hideabed lumpy. We seen No extra sheets- pillows-blankets, for the hideabed. It was really too late to bother management as we didn’t notice till we came in for the night .. we shouldn’t have to check for this kind of stuff . Took cover sheet off of bed to put on hideabed and share blankets.. Pamphlet asked guests to put their garbage at the end of the hall, staff should be doing this daily in room, for $390 for 2 nights ! Room 36. Nice view of pool for patio. Also, walls, floors paper thin, gear people around you)) lol

Excellent location, close to shops, eating places, and beach. Great views over the River.

I will preface this by saying the family and I have stayed here numerous times in the past without issue however this recent visit showcases a resort that is slipping in its standards and presentation. A number of points for consideration by all: 1. The room we stayed in had a spa however the spa did not work. There was no disclaimer on check-in that this spa did not work so one would assume that the spa was fully operational. 2. The room lacked some basic kitchen appliances / utensils. The unit we booked was done so on the proviso it was fully self-contained however this was not the case and lacked basic kitchen utensils and appliances. 3. The pool at 0830h on a Sunday morning was littered with cigarette butts. The pool is open for use from 7am however clearly there is no inspection of the area before it is made available to the public. One would expect that this area is inspected and cleaned prior to being made available and open to the public. 4. The second bedroom of this apartment on the Saturday evening saw our son bitten repeatedly on the back by bugs / insects whilst sleeping in the second bedroom. We were awoken just after midnight by a 4.5yr old scremaing he was being bitten. On inspection, he had numerous bites over his back from sleeping in the bed. Clearly there is a lack of proper cleaning at present. When this was raised with resort management the next day, there was a halfhearted apology for the above points (1-3) however no acknowledgment on point 4 and the lack of / poor cleaning standards of the unit i.e. lined and bedding. This was a very disappointing stay and will be the last at this particular resort.

Good location.... close to the beach, shops and aquarium.
