Bon rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner très bon.

Manque seuil de porte, ça permettrait une meilleure isolation acoustique car on entendait bcp les porte voisine claquer. Chambre était froide à notre arrivée, système de chauffage pas vraiment performant, il a fallu une nuit et la matinée pour atteindre la température demandée, bruyant car ça souffle en continu, heureusement qu'on était très fatigués et que ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Couverture un peu légère par ces temps froids dehors (-10°) pareille dans la salle de bain, il faisait froid....

Staff was nice and spoke english. Room was clean and comfortable

The room seemed clean but there was a hair in the shower from the last guest. Also the toilet paper holder was loose so the toilet paper would fall off if you wern't careful. Not a big deal but kind of annoying. Also the air conditioning would turn on even after I had switched it off

"Little Sleep with the location of the hotel on busy 3 lane intersection to highway."

Breakfast was great.

The air condition system even when turned off because of its extreme noise, turns on automatically. Staff advised and nothing could be done to accommodate. Cleaning was only done twice on a four day period because our privacy sign was on the door throughout the night the night prior to cleaning/Makes no sense. The price of the room fluctuated significantly over the 4 days because of a local social event. The initial price per day changed over the 4 day period and not booked as the same rate for the 4 day booking which to me is like a contract when registering and agreed upon. Price gauging.
