Hotel THB Naeco Ibiza - Adults Only

Great hotel. Lovely standard of accommodation for the price.

Good location. Just outside the strip but close enough for you to still feel part of the party scene. Hotel is clean, food is good.

Excellent for the money. Very clean . Staff very good.

Stayed here from 7th Oct. - 14th Oct.18 Bed/Breakfast & Evening meal. Any future stays would be just B&B as breakfast great & served up to 12noon, evening dinner minimal,more fine dining & art on a plate,disappointing! Ate out 4 out of 7 nights. Hotel funky & modern and clean. Staff could have been friendlier,though unbeknown to us when we booked,the Hotel closes for 5/6months the last day of our stay,and they started stripping pool beds & packing up glasses & drink from bar the night before. Facilities very good with free modern gym use,free pool towels & 3 areas to sunbathe. Downside not one of the five pool showers worked from day one same with the jaccuzzi(was this because last week open?)(unhygenic). Beach right across the road several nice eateries close by Casita being our favourite. 20minute walk along beach walkway to busier side of Bay. Overall a relaxing holiday on quieter side of Bay but within walking distance of busier side. Just don't book to stay anywhere in San Antoni during our stay 7-14th as everything (including a lot of bars/eateries) start closing up for season!

We've stayed here for 8 nights and I'm not sure where to start. But I'll start with the pros. PROS: - Great location if you're staying in Sant Antony De Portmany (SADP). Otherwise, not so great as it is 30 minutes away from Ibiza Old Town Etc. Let's be honest, SADP is not a place you really want to stay at especially during the night, quite sketchy.) But is that's your thing it's great! - Kitchen staff are a delight! From the cafe to the chefs! Simpy 1st class. Service is great, pleasant and greets you with genuine care. Maria Elena is the role model for the entire staff at this resort. - Reception staff were quite pleasant and sometimes helpful. They tried their best but seems like they can do more to assist but are restricted from doing so from management. They have some weird shoddy back door strict rules for their reception staff. Overall good. CONS: - Absolutely zero standards for room cleanliness. The cleaners /maids are simply brutal. Half ass jobs all around from day 1. Made complaints where it fit the bill to do so. They do not actually broom or mop the floors. No attention to detail, does not replace bed sheets every 2 days as stated by the reception staff. All around very bad. They also have bad attitude towards their clients. If people also have no standards to room cleanliness than this hotel is for you! - Management should be ashamed of themselves as they pretend to have class and professionalism but are just like a person they hired off the streets

I arrived in THB Naeco with a broken ankle which I travelled out with. I explained on check-in that I may need some assistance and the staff could not have been more helpful. Aside from the beautiful rooms, stylish decor, clean pools etc, it was actually the wonderful staff that made this stay one of the best i've had in Ibiza. As someone who has been visiting Ibiza for over 20 years I can honestly say this is the best holiday hotel i've stayed. Good Job! Massive thanks to Herman and Raquel

Nice hotel but I was denied breakfast even when in my reservation, it clearly states with breakfast included. The hotel charged me extra €15 for breakfast anytime I had it

I’m neutral on the cleanliness, overall the hotel was clean .... however our room wasn’t cleaned for two days and we had to ask for it to be cleaned late in the day as we needed towels. Also the pool had gathered some kind of film by our last day, and had some bits floating. Maybe it was because it was late in the season though .... overall it’s a lovely hotel and I would stay again. The pool bar man was lovely , and the lady lifeguard too. Also the reception staff were really friendly. My boyfriend found the night security guard a bit strange , as he seemed to take a liking to me and and instant dislike to him and would make this obvious.

Stayed here with a friend, we’re aged 18 & 20. Hotel was lovely, staff were very efficient and friendly. Facilities were good, would definitely recommend staying here. Will definitely be back!
