Breakfast and location. Breakfast staff was very attentive but we wish we had more options for breakfast.

No reception at the hotel. No room service we had to ask for extra towels soap and take the trash out since there’s no housekeeping was done during our stay. During our last night there was a noisy neighbor who started screaming in the middle of the night when we called the hotel. They said they’re gonna send the security, but no security came and noisy neighbor continued screaming for hours. Our children were not able to sleep.
