"Bad experience with a hotel like this."

Check in time was in the afternoon, we had to wondering out for 7.5 hours. TV was not working, the room was too tight, hit my head and feet several time, got a room at 4th floor, prefer to have a room at lower floor, so don't need to carry luggage up and down.

La chambre était très bien située pour les activités que nous voulions faire. Elle était comfortable. La salle de bain très claire.

Endroit poir s'enregistrer pas très clair. Difficile de faire fonctionner l'air climatisée. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Difficulté pour le stationnement.

"Overall our experience was positive and Quebec city is amazing."

The room was cosy, comfortable, clean and very quiet. Shower is small but the water pressure was great and the water was hot. Restaurant breakfast was tasty and delicious. Great coffee. Beautiful interior. I regret not coming back for dinner during our stay.

No elevator! I have two full knee replacements. I should have read the hotel description more closely. I never once saw anyone from the hotel. Not sure if this was a plus or a minus. Maybe a minus if we had needed anything.
