Breakfast was plain and bland Simple and not worth the price. Location was OK Surrounded by a lot of eating places and Supsr Walmart

Bathroom's floor was wet and nasty. Toilet ran water ALL NIGHT LONG. Breakfast was for kids and not worth the money. Did not get contacted by manager/supervisor nor a room upgrade or refund. No conjoined roos or living room/division like stated online. It was not what I expected.

Close to cruise port

Bathroom door too close to the commode. Prior guest had left the alarm on, and woke to very static noise. We always set our alarm on our phone.

I made the reservation about 30 minutes prior to our arrival. When we arrived it hadn’t hit the hotel’s computer from booking.com. The front desk had absolutely no problem with taking care of me. Within 15 minutes we were in our room! Hallways smelled great, the room was clean & comfortable.
