اعجبني قرب الفندق من المكان الذي ازورة

الاستقبال اعطني غرف غير الغرف المحجوزة ورفض تصحيح الوضع الى ان جاء مدير الاستقبال (أشرف) . تم تقديم حلى وفاكهه عبارة عن اعتذار ولا كن الفواكة كانت تالفة ولا تصلح للاستخدام الآدمي . المبنى قديم جدا جدا ويحتاج الى تجديد وايضاً دورات المياة

الموقع

اسلوب الموظفه كان سيء جدا الاثاث والمبنى متهالك وفيه ريحة رطوبه وكان في اعمال صيانه طرق وتكسير في غرفه وسط جناح الغرف بشكل قوي ومزعج وعندما اشتكيت للموظفه حاولت تكذيبي ولم يصلني خبر ان في اعمال صيانه قبل تسجيل الدخول ودفع المبلغ وحاولت تغيير الغرفه ورفضت بحجة انه زحمه وكانت ترفض بطريقه غريبه وطلبت المبلغ وطلعت بنفس الوقت لم يكن فيه شيء مرضي غير موقعه وخاب ظني في الهوليدي بسكل كبير مع الاسف

اشكر طاقم الاستقبال واخص الأخت "زهور" على حُسن تعاملها وبشاشتها وسعة صدرها ولطفها .

للاسف المرحاض في دوراة المياه في الغرفة والبانيو الوانها مائلة للصفار وباهتة ؛ كما انني تفاجأت بأن دورة المياه " المُشتركة " في الدور الأرضي ( كما في الصورة المرفقة) لا خصوصية فيها ولا اهتمام لصحة مستخدميها لوجود (Urinal) بجوار المغاسل فاتمنى ازالتها . وكذلك التلفاز في الغرفة لا تظهر الصورة بشكل واضح .
