This is a very nice hotel with a welcoming and festive atmosphere. The Christmas decorations, especially the beautiful tree, really add to the charm and make the stay feel special. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

BEST HOTEL IN COLUMBUS!!! I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else it’s very nice and clean. The rooms are clean and well kept. Barbie is a very helpful and respectful receptionist. Overall great experience and customer service would definitely recommend.
