"Extremely run down and dirty,"

Location

Very dirty, broken tiles in the room, hair in the sink and on the bathroom counter, the elevator was loud and felt rough/in need of maintenance. The nightstand was sticky, dusty and dirty. The second floor did not have an ice machine as the hallway sign indicated. The hotel was very run down, loud and filthy.

Nothing we didn’t stay

Booking with booking .com. It’s so ridiculous that I have been waiting for months to receive my refund. Everytime I call we’re waiting on something else. I will never use this again for sure.
