Booked for five nights, husband got into a severe accident and I had to leave after night 2. I asked if I could get refunded for the next two nights and I got a hard no. I'm going to be back in Yakima in September for a conference I'm planning for 60 people. Guess what hotel is not going to get my business?

I loved the atmosphere and location

I specifically booked because it had a pool only to find out that it was closed 😭. Super sad because I paid more for this hotel to be able to swim! Otherwise great experience.
