Holiday Inn Yakima by IHG

Nice room, clean and quiet motel. Good restaurants downtown.

I liked that it didn't smell musty. Every thing seemed clean. The beds were very comfortable. Since I do not walk well loved it was right by the elevator.

Staff nice, amenities nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable overall. Perfect location for what I needed to do in town- and since it was right downtown, really appreciated the privacy setup with greenery on the patio, the secured parking option, etc. Felt pretty quiet, private, and secure.

Comfy bed, but all pillows are the feather kind that squish *completely flat so that it's really like you have no pillow at all. Other options would be nice. Only issues in room were small- the forget-to-clean areas like the window frame where you put your hand to open it...dingy and sticky...and the locking mechanism actually fell off completely. Last, the jets on the hottub in the pool area was completely nonfunctional. Ok if it's getting maintenance, but would have been nice to have a sign or have staff say that was the case at check-in.

Nice stay

Room was nice and clean- secured parking area for guests nice since there were some people outside in the back of the building that were a little questionable (not the properties fault). I was bummed that the hot tub jets were not working and there was no sign or warning- when I asked they said the hot tub works but not the bubbles.

Stayed twice in one week. Loved the secure parking lot. Very clean. Arrived late and we were checked in in less than 5 minutes
