Everything was wonderful except the heat. It was blowing cold air the entire time and it was 15 degrees outside. The front desk told me she had stayed in the room and had to have it up to 79 degrees for it to be warm. I think instead of that- it should be fixed.

Tonia is one of the best people we have ever met. She gave our kids bags filled snacks. She provided excellent breakfast to guests. The hotel is super clean. The water in hot tube and pool was of the right temperature. Amazing stay!

The property was very clean and comfortable.

The only issue we have had at this location is the housekeeping staff are horribly loud in the mornings. Sleeping past 6:00 am is pretty much impossible from the constant yelling in the hallways and slamming doors. This has happened repeatedly and honestly is making a repeat stay questionable. I work nights and have to sleep during the day.
