Comfort Suites near Indianapolis Airport

Definitely the worst comfort inn I’ve ever stayed at. We chose this hotel because it had a pool. But it was closed by the health department which was disappointing because the kids were excited to swim. At 6 PM we asked for extra towels and wash rags and they told us to come back later for some because they didn’t have any. We booked the hotel for five people and there were only two in the bathroom along with two wash rags. The freezer didn’t even work, which cost me to lose breastmilk I had packed for my infant. The fridge barely stayed cold. The walls were dirty. The floors were dirty. We got a room with a pullout sofa and the sofa wasn’t even usable. You could see the spring imprints through the mattress. Breakfast was the same every single day. Biscuits and gravy, which wasn’t appetizing . Very disappointing.

The queen needs were ok. That was the only ok thing.

The pull out couch was disturbing - sunk in, stained, stinky. It was horrible. The pool was an odd color. Mold in the tub/shower. Our air conditioner had no options to change temp, fan or even turn on/off. The milk for breakfast was slimy. I noticed after one kid had some cereal and prayed no stomach issues. We had to toss our coffee we put milk in. I won’t return or recommend. Oh, and the lemon water. There was no lemons and you were lucky if they had any water in the jug.

The property was very clean, and parking was great.

On 12/22 I had a hold on my debit card and I called the property(the front desk) the guy didn’t give his name it was around 9:45 the 1st time I called he said the $50 hold on my card was because stain was on towels in my room 214. I Andrea Smith, Dennis Smith’s wife said there weren’t any stain on no towels, and he said he would send me a picture, but never sent pictures, I said I will call you back. At 9:52 am 12/22 I called back the same person (a man ) answered I ask to speak to a manager he said why, I said because of this hold on my card, and the stains you are talking about, he didn’t put a manager on, I asked what was his name, I said I want it because you’re being rude and talking mean, he hung up. Other than that my stay was awesome!
