Barceló Cairo Pyramids

It was my 100 time in same hotel and like always everythiing is perfect and staff are very professional and restaurant food are excellent ..special thanks for the front office team.

I travelled to Egypt at the end of October 2025 for approximately one week. From the outset the hotel team were incredibly hospitable and friendly. It was great to be greeted with smiles each day and the way in which the hotel team engaged with me, my wife and children was truly amazing. They made the experience that much better. The rooms, bars, restaurants, location and staff were fantastic and the team were more than happy to help us with anything more we wanted. I must also reference Ahmed Ghanem - he had an office based in the hotel to help arrange taxis and tours to key locations. The way in which he and his father looked after us on our first trip to Egypt has stayed with us - they treated us like extended members of their own family ensuring that our experience was enhanced. A particular highlight was Ahmed personally walking me and my family to a local juice bar so that we were able to drink fresh sugarcane juice and eat raw sugarcane. I would love to be able to return to Barcello Giza at some point in the future.

Had a fabulous stay the rooms were extremely clean and staff very friendly and accomodating with pleasant personalities. I will definitely recommend this hotel

Eman is very rude women ..she doesn’t know how to talk with the guest .she think she is the owner of the hotel doesn’t respect people claints guest very very bad behaviour as receptionist..if she leave from here she doesn’t get any this kind of job .she will do washing and cleaning in others house ..so bad she is very disappointed also during checking in she never smile on our face what this of hospitality and also she didn’t say anything to us and about facileltis in hotel and about mini bar also u don’t know how she works in reception hotel so nice and all people nice except this rude woman mean

A very comfortable stay and the check if it is fast and the receptionist is very wonderful, tasteful and professionalism. I recommend staying in it. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Thank you Eman and your team

Excellent stay at Barceló Hotel I had a wonderful stay at Barceló Hotel. The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really makes a difference. The food quality is excellent with a good variety that suits different tastes. The location is also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and enjoyable. I truly felt comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend Barceló Hotel and would love to stay there again.
