TUI BLUE Palm Garden

This hotel just gets better by the year our fourth time in a row now and we have just booked for next year. Just can’t fault the hotel . All of the staff are brilliant so I’m not going to name anyone personally because it’s not fair to the rest of the staff as the hotel workers work as a team. It’s a shame that I’ve booked to go to Egypt in September as i would be going back to palm garden . Ozan I’ll speak to you just before we the UK next may . Bob and Kay room 2402

This hotel is beyond superb. The General Manager is visible daily, interacting with his guests and staff. He leads from the centre. The spotless accommodation is in villas. The gardens are beautiful. The food available is outstanding. I must mention Polat a waiter who is professional with a lovely witty sense of humour. Thank you Polat. This hotel even has staff who brush the sand away from the wooden broadwalks along the beach. I have never seen such attention to detail that I have seen in the hotel. Quite remarkable. Indeed we will return. Thank you, to all the staff that are employed there. We really enjoyed our holiday.

This hotel is simply perfect! I travelled with my mum and daughter for a weeks holiday, the hotel and grounds were absolutely stunning. There were staff everywhere who were absolutely brilliant, excellent service in every area, the cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were great sizes for what we needed, spotlessly clean and great location as we had requested accessible. The restuarants were good sizes and lovely selection of food, chefs special was a nice touch, we also visited the beach bbq and Al A Carte which were both lovely meals. The pool was spacious and especially being a peak half term week there was still space in and around it for most of the time, reserving of sun loungers was a slight downside (but expected) but saying that we did manage to always get somewhere every day in a good location. The beach was easily accessed and lovely mix of sunbeds, hammocks and bean bags available. One tip would be to definitely book a private taxi from the airport as it is quite a distance, we did this and I am so thankful we did. Some people who got a transfer took several hours. I don't think I can pick up one thing that wasn't right, I will definitely be returning to this hotel based on the experience we had, highly recommend.

For context we're a family of four with a one year old and a five year old, you'll see from my previous reviews we did an all inclusive last year in rhodes which was sub par as a point of comparison The Tui Blue Palm Garden is a fantastic hotel, id say good for both families and adults with a very thorough entertainment and fitness daily programme, the hotel caters extremely well for little ones in particular and are relentless on providing a top service with no stone left unturned. The good - Food and drink are superb with no queues for anything! - Service- faultless - Welcome we received with a meal put on for us with a late arrival was really appreciated - Cleanliness - The staff are extrememly hard working, polite- not just the front of house team with the grounds team also relentless - Double Family Rooms are ideal for a family of four with two double rooms, probably not 5 star luxury rooms but very good nonetheless and fitting of the hotel - The Grounds were spotless, there are tortoises and cats roaming the grounds - The amenities and facilities are all of a very high standard - Accesibility- ramps with every set of stairs which for buggy and wheelchair users is a big help - Lifeguards everywhere - Enough sunloungers for everybody! The ok -The Beach is nice and clean, however steep drop off and the water quite choppy so not ideal for toddlers, the sand is also quite coarse but perfectly good for sandcastle building with sandcastle equipment provided Not so good Transfers - tui claim a 73 minute transfer, this is correct if using private transfer but its more like 2 1/2 hours coach as referenced by previous reviews, we booked our transfers via welcome pickup which overall id recommend but be certain if travelling children of the child seat provision, we were only provided one seat on the return journey Overall top hotel, awesome staff and just so ideal for families, we tend not to return to the same destination twice however we're planning a return in the future

What can I say about this fantastic hotel but perfection. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome from the staff. The food is out standing on every sitting. The pool and the private beach complete the whole experience. Finally the kids club. My daughter loved her time in there. She doesn’t tend to take to anything like that when on holiday but this time she loved it. I have to give a special thank you to Maisie who without her encouragement and kindness my daughter would not have come on leaps and bounds like she has and a big shout out to all the kids club staff who were all excellent.

It was another wonderful vacation, as always. This hotel is the best in every way—the food, the activities, the location, the natural surroundings, the amenities… Thank you to everyone who made it possible. I am grateful to everyone—especially Mrs. Özden—who was there for us whenever we needed anything and made our vacation so special. The Tui Blue Palm Garden family truly makes you feel right at home. Wir hatten ein paar Ameisen im Zimmer und leider wurden unsere Laufschuhe, die wir für ein paar Stunden direkt vor der Zimmertür haben stehen lassen, gestohlen

Just returned from this hotel and was very impressed first time at a TUI blue they seamed to have thought of everything to the smallest detail Food was excellent Rooms very modern in excellent condition Cleanliness spotless Staff very friendly and nothing to much trouble Staff at the Alacarte restaurant were very attentive with excellent food Ayla reception manager was Exceptionally helpful and a real credit to the hotel Food The manager is always walking around at all times of the day chatting to guests Didn’t go to the entertainment but sounded Restaurant as a really nice outdoor terrace and inside very modern with lots of food options All teas coffees and drinks brought to the table which save the the queues at the tea machines which is nice The 24 hour cafe is a real bonus especially after a tiring journey You need beach shoes for the sea as lots of stones Gardens are beautiful If you are looking at this hotel do not hesitate just book it you will not be disappointed
