The listed spa tax is the maximum per person per night, and may be lower for younger guests. Please note that children up to 3 years old can enjoy breakfast and dinner for free. Children up to 6 years are charged 5,50 EUR and children up to 14 years are charged 13,50 EUR for breakfast/per day and 8,50 EUR/ 17 EUR for dinner/per day in case of booking before Check In. Please note that daily housekeeping is not included. For stays of 5 nights or more towels will be changed and for stays of 8 nights or more room cleaning will be offered free of charge. An additional cleaning service can be booked on site. Beach towels can be hired from the property for a fee. Dogs are allowed only in the apartment category classic typ 1 and family apartment maisonette typ 2, and must be requested in advance. There is an extra charge of EUR 22 per night per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per unit is possible. Please note that we can not allow other pets.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück! Ruhige Lage und Bushaltestelle ca 5 Minuten entfernt. Schwimmbad sauber und gepflegt ebenso die Unterkunft.

"Hellhörigkeit und abgerockte Zimmer - schlechtes Niveau"

Dass es eine Küche hatte und einen Sportbereich, weitläufig

Alles hellhörig Man hört alle Nachbarn vor der Tür und vor der Terrasse Matratze super schlechte Qualität und billig Zimmer schon runter gerockt Keine Standard Produkte da wie Salz Pfeffer und Öl… alles muss man selbst besorgen. Keine regelmäßige Reinigung. Einfach für 170€ pro Nacht nicht mein Standard und für Sylt schon eher eine schlechte Unterkunft. Schlafzimmer nicht abdunkelbar Abgerechnet wird noch parken und Strand für 30€ on top ohne was zu sagen. Beim Strand hat nie jemand kontrolliert.

"Sylt Urlaub"

Das Gesamtkonzept des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn wir unser Gepäck mit dem Bollerwagen zum Appartement transportieren mussten. Die umweltbewusste Grundeinstellung entsprach unseren Ansichten, auch das kostenlose Parken für E-Autos. Angenehm war für uns das Frühstück in einem separaten ruhigem Rum einzunehmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, schmackhaft und vitaminreich. Der Spa Bereich war toll, drei Saunen boten Abwechslung.

Uns wurde ein Apartment zugewiesen, was für eine Woche Aufenthalt nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach (2401). Nach unseren begründeten Einwänden erhielten wir ein ruhiges Apartment, zumal nicht alle belegt waren.
