"Schönes Luxushotel in toller Lage mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente und beeindruckender Architektur"

Die Lage am Rheinufer ist super! sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, toller Pool, schöner Wellnessbereich, außergewöhnliches Ambiente insgesamt, schöne große und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, äußerst bequeme Betten, leckeres vielseitiges Frühstück, schöne AußenTerrasse, , Bushaltestelle direkt beim Hotel, man kommt schnell ins Zentrum

Leider ließen sich in den ersten 2 Zimmern, die ich beziehen wollte, die Fenster nicht öffnen, da kein Griff mehr dran, daher musste ich nach Einchecken noch 3x runter zur Rezeption, um ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, wo man meiner Bitte aber sehr schnell und freundlich nachkam. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an der ein oder anderen Stelle sehen kann: z.b abgeplatzter Holzboden am Pool, Flecken auf Teppich, an manchen Stellen im Wellnessbereich/Pool hat es modrig gerochen. Das Waschbecken im Zimmer war etwas verfärbt, aber ist auch jammern auf hohem Niveau... leider gabs im Wellnessbereich kein Wasser, Tee o.ä., das hätte ich in dieser Preislage schon erwartet. Ansonsten war aber alles super und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!
