LINCOLN RD-MIAMI BEACH-CHARMING VACATION RENTALS

Cool little spot downtown by a few good restaurants and bars. Only thing that I didn’t like was the parking. I stayed in the parking lot beside the building and it cost me like $45 a day to park there. Also the kitchen table needs to be swapped out, it’s in rough condition.

Do not believe the pictures! There is not accent lighting in the front of the building and no fun landscaping. The rooms are in very poor condition and there are not two queen beds. The second queen bed that we had was a pull out couch with the thinnest possible piece of foam, so we slept with metal bars digging into us. The apartment that we stayed in was in very poor condition. Black smears on the wall and Knicks and water damage everywhere. The couch was stained to high heaven with burn holes in the cushion. The other furniture (tables, chairs, etc.) were unsteady, dirty, and antiquated. Truthfully, the furniture looked as if it was found on Facebook marketplace and thrown into the apartment for the owners convenience. We walked into the apartment, which was hard to find because the light outside of our door was not working, and the apartment number was painted the same color as the door. Tough to see in the dark. We walked in and inspected, found the above problems, and noticed that the smoke detector was open with NO battery, so on top of being uncomfortable, we felt unsafe. There is no parking so keep that in mind, and you must pay for parking anywhere that you go in South Beach/Miami Beach. I know this seems like a really negative review, but there was one silver lining, the shower! The shower was a beautiful rainfall shower, that didn't have a towel hook, but it was good. The only problem was when you left the shower, your feet was BLACK from the tile. use a hotel!

I did not expect that the room would be so small.Any hotel or apartment I have stayed uptill now there is a person who cleans the room and bathroom normally everyday but some of them once in 2 days.Here we,as guest after paying the top price we have to clean the room and bathroom,as it was not cleaned even once.Just unheard of.We are coming for a vacation/business or to do all this. The bathroom door was broken so was not closing properly.The toilet flush was not working properly.Everything is worn out and old. I tried to call the number but on answering,they expect you to email. Only the good part about this property is that it very near to Lincoln street mall. I would not recommend or suggests this property to anyone.Much better available for the same prices.

Property was in poor condition smell like gutter also leaking from roof they have for sale sign board on front we went in and out end up staying in different hotel.

Location was perfect for my visit. Responses to requests were always timely. Great stay overall.

Nice clean space, with everything you’d need provided for you. I really enjoyed my stay!

A nice studio flat in a fantastic location at Miami Beach. Kitchen did not have an oven and was missing a few essentials such as forks & chopping board. Otherwise decent value for money

Location was good, but the place is in need of renovation real soon, windows won't open or shut, no screens, a/c noisy, some wall ornament over the tv partially blocks the screen making it hard to operate and what is that monitor thing hacked into the ceiling over the bed? Felt like I was under surveillance. Worst of all......no coffeemaker!
