Very easy check in. Room very clean and great beds/pillows

The only two good things was the host was nice and it's across the street from the hospital. That's it.

I've stayed there multiple times for surgeries for myself or for my son. Usually it was better. The mattress was comfortable. Good water pressure for the showers and everything clean. This time the guy at the counter was nice. When we checked in came up to the room and looked clean until you moved the sheets to get in bed and there was cum stains everywhere they can see and feel the pillows were trashy. There was hardly any water pressure to take a shower. There is pubic air all over the bathtub pee on a toilet seat. Ahs was like a cheaper motel. 6. It was very disappointed especially since my son had surgery and I'd like to use that hotel cuz it's across the street but I doubt I'll ever go back. By the way, it's very limited on parking, even with a sedan is not a lot of room.

Checkin was easy and very pleasant. Room was very clean My only complaint would be the mattress, it is very hard. Maybe a mattress topper would be beneficial if not new mattress.

Easy check in, great coffee in the morning, excellent sheets and pillows/cases and very clean bathroom/shower.

Convenient location. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Parking garage was extremely tight and not many spots available. Lacking breakfast options but sufficient.
