Great location, Very nice hotel, centrally located, close to everything, Staff was vey friendly and helpful.

La primera noche nos dieron una habitación al lado del cuarto de máquinas, pasamos una noche horrible y esa habitación no debería de ofrecerla a los clientes, lo comentamos en el hotel y nos cambiaron de habitación. De resto todo genial.

Booked the Diamond Suite for Christmas Eve 5 nights. The hotel is not as you see in the photos, it is in desperate need of renovation. The A/C in the room was way too cold and could not be adjusted (by the hotel engineer). We checked out the next morning and moved to the W (also a Marriott property). It was excellent. Do not stay here there are many other excellent choices. I am still attempting to get my 4 night credit to appear on my card statement. I have the checkout folio showing the credit but...... NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. NOBODY REPLIES TO EMAILS. You have been warned.....

Το δωμάτιο,ο πρωινός μπουφές,το προσωπικό στη τραπεζαρία.

Φτάσαμε μετά απο κουραστικό ταξίδι λίγο μετά τις 15.00 και στο check in με ουρά 7 ατόμων, ηταν μονο μια υπάλληλος και αυτή εκπαιδευομενη.Πολυ ευγενική έκανε οτι μπορούσε.Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν έτοιμο.Μας προτεινε να ανεβουμε στον 6ο όροφο οπου περιμέναμε εως τις 16.00.Κατέβηκα στη ρεσεψιον και ενας κυριος μας εδωσε δωματιο χωρις θεα στη θαλασσα οπως ειχαμε κλεισει..Ξανακατεβηκα και τελικα,θα ελεγα με απροθυμια μας αλλαξε.
