We had a to go breakfast due to early flight, nice. Pool was great. Rooms were recently upgraded. Very clean, quiet.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Frank’s guest-services team: Drew (5 stars for his work at the front desk), Yasmine, and Lola - for their warm, welcoming hospitality throughout our stay. Their team works very hard to accommodate guests' needs and provided exceptionally detailed assistance and thoughtful guidance that made everything smooth and comfortable for us. Their professionalism, friendly manner, patience, and genuine care stood out in the best way. We also want to compliment their continental breakfast. It has been a long time since we’ve seen one offered with such variety, freshness, and especially such cleanliness. It was truly enjoyable and a great start to each day. Their swimming pool was another highlight - clean, refreshing, and maintained with just the right balance of chlorine. It was excellent to use and very relaxing. Thank you to their entire team for creating its own uplifting atmosphere for a pleasant experience. We look forward to returning.

We have stayed at this Hotel before, you can see the Hotel from the airport, it’s so convenient. The Hotel is modern and spotlessly clean.

Extremely comfortable and well stocked room with everything we could need. Plus it was so quiet, we couldn’t hear a peep or disruption from another room.

Very nice and accommodating staff but the property is not well maintained. The first room I was given was almost unfinished and there was not a thermostat to turn down the cooling, which was overwhelming. There was no. soundproofing between rooms and after a long flight through two time zones, I arrived after 1 AM to awake to a next-door neighbor talking nonstop on a business call at 6:30 am. The experience was really subpar and I would advise people not to stay here if they want to have a good night sleep after a long flight.

The room was ok. The air conditioner was loud and annoying. There was black mold around the bottom of the shower. The fitted sheet was not put on correctly so it kept coming up. I did try to adjust it but it didn’t work.

Every was so perfect! Happy camper
