Adaaran Prestige Vadoo - Adults Only - All Inclusive with Free Transfers

Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing regarding my stay at Adaaran Prestige Vadoo from 30 April to 3 May 2026. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly below the standard I expected from a premium all-inclusive resort. During my stay, I encountered several issues, including: Unprofessional and rude behavior from certain staff members. Poor treatment and lack of adequate customer service. A strong unpleasant smell in the room. The room condition did not match my expectations for the category booked. The hot tub facility was not functioning properly, which affected my enjoyment of the resort amenities. These issues had a substantial negative impact on my holiday experience. Had I known that the service and facilities would not meet the advertised standard, I would not have chosen this property. I respectfully request that my case be reviewed

The things we loved the most were the snorkelling, the food and the friendly and professional staff who all took exceptional care of us (from Priya our butler to the staff who raked the beach every morning). We also loved the extras that came with staying 5 nights (floating breakfast, dinner on the beach etc). We also did 5 scuba dives and Denise in the Dive Shop took great care of us.

The only small negative was being able to see the buildings in Male in the distance, but the positive was that the transfers were quick.

The property is a true tropical sanctuary. Since it’s a private island, it feels incredibly exclusive and peaceful. The water villas are stunning—waking up with the ocean right at your doorstep is an experience like no other. Everything is immaculately maintained and super clean, from the pristine beaches to the lush walkways. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty.

First time coming to Maldives for Honeymoon trip Seems like we made the right decision choosing this place because it’s an amazing location that we can enjoy lots of things such as water sports, snorkeling etc. We can also see the nurse sharks around here at night.

The place is amazing must visit, the staff, food and water activity was very luxurious. Nadia helped us and was very welcoming. Anshum was also a great help and very kind. Loved the experience here would definitely visit again

This place is amazingly beautiful. The food is also very good. I especially like the Japanese restaurant. The accommodation is also very good. The staff is very friendly. I can see that they take care of the guests without any hesitation. It is a peaceful and relaxing place. It is a place full of excitement and interesting things.Thank you to the manager and all the staff, especially Su, Thet, Zaw.
