The Island is only 15 mins boat ride from the airport which is amazing. The staff were so welcoming on arrival, were so lovely & genuine throughout our whole trip. As the island is so close to the mainland it is visible from the island. All of the villas are on the water. The sunrise villas overlook the resort & the sunset villas overlook the sea. We booked a sunrise villa as in the photos on the resort website it shows the views over looking the sea, so we were disappointed when we got there & the view was inwards, if we had known that we would have booked the sunset villa. Despite the villa view we had a lovely trip. All of the restaurants & food were amazing with the whole feel of fine dining.

Location of the resort was beautiful surrounded by crystal clear water with mesmerizing sea life. Customer service was top tier with the staff taking care of every single need and going above and beyond to make sure you more than enjoy the experience and time spent here. (Huge shoutout to Madhumali, Tina, and Nuha for being such wonderful staff and always being so kind and happy and welcoming to us-everyday our family would rave and praise their amazing customer service). Rooms in the over water villas were truly so beautiful and was in awe every time we woke up. As a family of 3, the rooms were exceptional spacious and well equipped with A/C and amenities, and they provided us with an extra roll away bed and even with that, we had more than enough room for 3 people and 4 pieces of luggage. The beaches were pristine and pool was very clean and well kept and with plenty of seating. Also the food, was top notch - for being an all inclusive resort, the menu was well rotated and included variety of different, delicious dishes (this is with having family members who were vegetarian and them having plenty of delicious options to choose from and indulge in)! Very very satisfied and happy with this trip and would 10/10 recommend to friends and family!

I really enjoyed my evening at Dhoni Bar in Vadoo Island. The cocktails were amazing — very tasty and well made. Zaw and Mayak provided excellent service and were very friendly. They made the experience perfect. Definitely a great place for good drinks!
