The Giacomo, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The staff is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. From the front desk, to the bartender Kevin, to the housekeeping staff. The location is perfect, it's an easy walk to the Falls. The building is historic and beautiful, it's why this is our 2nd time staying there. It would be perfect if they had a pool but the building's charm outweighs the need for one.

It is so close to the Falls and the building itself is just beautiful! It is unique. The staff were amazing! Shout out to Alysha and Desiree! There were others whose names I didn’t catch. We will definitely stay here again!

Zanimiv, hotel, v sobi je bil kamin. Osebje prijazno, zadnji dan so mama pripravili lunch box, ker sva odšli zgodaj zjutraj.
