They have a penthouse bar and another bar near the lobby. There is a store inside that has another small bar and you can buy Starbucks coffee there too.

There isn’t a whole lot to walk to nearby but there is a Vietnamese restaurant that you can walk to in under 5 mins that has good food.

The Mayo Hotel was just beautiful, we treated ourselves to one night stay at the end of our trip, and it didn't disappoint. The downstairs 1925 bar was stunning, the beds were COMFORTABLE. Was an amazing stay

We were checking out at 4am to get an early flight and the man behind the desk was really curt with us, so a bad taste end to what was a beautiful stay. Also, parking is $30 but I booked it knowing this, so just a word in case people don't realise.

Our rooms were the size of a roomy one bedroom apartment for the price of a bedroom. The staff were friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. We took advantage of the optional valet parking, and it was great. The car was always waiting for us when we got off the elevator in the lobby, and someone was always on hand and available to take the car away when we returned. Another example—my wife saw a water dispenser urn in the lobby, and mistook it for a coffee pot. When she was surprised/disappointed that it was only water, a nearby porter offered to bring her a cup of coffee, and went into the Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby and immediately returned with a complimentary cup of coffee, for which he refused compensation—neither for the cost of the coffee nor as a tip. Amazing!

No complaints. My wife, a domestic and international flight attendant for 34 years, is a very knowledgeable and experienced traveler. She has stayed in first-class accommodations all over the world. She insists (and I agree) that we have no complaints. So, keep up the good work!

Paying for valet isn’t exciting, but I am happy I read the FAQs and knew before I arrived. It could be more forward in the details, or included in the price to begin with.
