Grand Hotel Duca Di Mantova

The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff. Every member of the team I encountered was courteous, professional, and helpful. My criticism is not directed at them, but at the ownership and management of the property. The condition of this hotel is simply unacceptable for a venue that advertises itself as a 4-star establishment. The photos I have attached speak for themselves and show issues that cannot be dismissed as isolated oversights. Under the bed, I found a thick layer of dust and dirt embedded in the carpet—far beyond what could be explained by a missed cleaning. It looked like the result of months, if not years, of neglect. Seeing such an accumulation in a guest room raises serious concerns about the overall housekeeping standards of the hotel. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. There were exposed or poorly repaired cables, fixtures held together with tape, a shower head heavily clogged with limescale, rusted radiators, cracks in the walls, and numerous visible signs of deterioration throughout the room. The overall impression is of a property that has been allowed to age without the maintenance and investment necessary to uphold the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. Perhaps this hotel enjoyed better days in the past, but today there is a striking gap between the rating it displays and the reality experienced by its guests. It is disappointing to see a property of this size and visibility maintained in such a condition. The staff deserve better support, and guests deserve accommodations that meet the standards being advertised. Based on my experience, I cannot honestly consider this a genuine 4-star hotel in its current state. One star is for the staff; they are the only reason this review is not even lower.

Zimmer sind sehr ins Alter gekommen..Klimaanlage gingen nicht und die Zimmer sind voller Moskitos.

Non c'è bar non funziona l'aria condizionata e le TV degli anni 70 e non funzionano mai pulizia zero
