Everything about our stay at the Vanessie exceeded our expectations. Amazing location, just a short walk from the square and lots of restaurants and shops. Beautiful spacious rooms. Delightful staff that are there to make sure your needs are taken care of all day. Extremely clean and well kept up. Can not recommend this place enough. Delicious breakfast!!

What a wonderful experience! The staff was amazing to accommodate us because we needed another night to stay to avoid a snow storm in our travels. The breakfast was amazing, so delicious and was not the same menu the next day. The cooks were superb and friendly. The location was awesome! Very quiet and we never got back in our car till we started back on the road to our destination. So close to the Plaza. Enjoyed every minute. Thank you!

I wish there had been a hand mirror in the bathroom. The counter is so deep that to see yourself and put on makeup with the wall mirror was difficult.

We loved the southwestern feel of the lobby and breakfast room, as well as the guest rooms. The breakfast they served was delicious, with French toast and berries, bacon or sausage, slices of fresh fruit, etc. though I had hoped for huevos rancheros. Our flat screen TV was large and carried Netflix and Amazon Prime which was very handy. The towels were fluffy, new and absorbent, and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved the location which was an easy 15 minute walk to the historical plaza.

It could be cleaned better. While it wasn’t dirty, it was dusty. The gym and restaurant were not yet ready to be used. The $30 a night resort fee was ridiculous, but I was happy to see it was included in the booking.com bill and did not have to be paid extra.
