"Just the basics, but in poor conditions."

Central location and having a bed.

Completely worn out, leaking shower head, splashing in all directions through the bathroom. Mouldy tiles. Bathroom needs urgent update.

"Good location with free parking + good dining options"

Location is great - in town but out of the 'noise'. Really good breakfast - staff and coffee great. We didn't have dinner here so cannot comment. On-site parking free. Close to 'Big Winch' - best viewing spot in town

Rooms are good but simple (no extra comforts). Stairs to upper levels
