We liked the position of the hotel because it was easy to get to the city, hills and beaches, parking was easy, and there is a nice park opposite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were discounted when we were there

Location is good, close to the tram & city.

Beds way to soft. Pillies terrible. Bathroom dangerous as its a shower over a slippery bath tub. No hand soap so had to lean over the bath to use body wash provided. Load music playing at night. It was like staying in a cheap motel

Needs new couch and some chairs for table. Toilet seat was broken and kept falling down when sitting. One lift not working.

Bathroom was nicely renovated (except shower over bath). Bed linen was very comfortable. Two large beds was great for twin accommodation. Sitting table was useful.

One lift was out and it took time waiting each time. Didn’t like the shower over bath or the prickly shower head.
