Reception open 24 hour

Was going to charged $15 for Carpark but no carparks left so had to park on the street. One of the 2 keys failed so we used the 2nd key that worked. When we returned from dinner the 2nd key didn't work lucky reception was open to reprogram one of the keys.

The floor in our room was wet from a leaking shower. When I spoke to reception they offered me towels to put on the floor to soak up the water.

Rooms were quite large and comfortable

PLEASE READ THE FINEPRINT TO AVAIL BENEFITS WHEN STAYING HERE The staff in reception could definitely be more polite when explaining the benefits I.e. the $10 per day voucher for not using housekeeping. The room bathroom had a lot of mould and could have been maintained better. One of the elevators remained out of order during our 4 day stay
