Only 2 lights working no microwave and 10 minutes wait for hot water and curtains need replacement desperately if your going to charge good money at least have the decency to make the room presentable

Location was good.

The receptionist(boy) at the front desk was not professional. He gave me my room key at 4:00 PM, but the room was still not clean. I asked to book a single bed, and he told me none were available, offering me a double bed instead. However, I checked online and found that single beds were actually available. When I told him I saw them online, he suddenly said a single bed was available after all. Don't believe them—check availability online before speaking to the front desk. It seems they intentionally try to push you into a more expensive room rather than giving you a cheaper one
