We had dinner at the Parker street it was astounding loved all of it

The food and the nature/animals

Staff are lovely as usual especially in Parker Street project and rooms service. Room is comfortable. Lounge chairs are much more comfortable than those in the renovated rooms. Breakfast is good and plentiful but would like a piece of fruit included please.

Mountain View room - and can't see the mountain! Room is tired and needs refurbishment - ceiling leak in bathroom. Stains in carpet. Light in cupboard would not go out then gentleman on reception argued with me about it as though I didn't know how it worked and kept interrupting my explanation. We have stayed previously with out a problem and I tried numerous times to fix the problem this timed it would not go out. lady on reception was especially nice. Raised voices at service counter in Parker Street Project on Christmas Day. Spoilt the experience. Not enough coffee capsules in room

Location

Price, there were a few quirks in the room that were annoying. No powerpoint near bedside table, no instant coffee, pods but not milk frother. No smoking policy but the previous guests have at least 15 cigarettes on the balcony as per picture.
