NRMA Angourie Resort, Yamba

Beautiful location with well equipped, large and comfortable villas. Fantastic pool area and restaurant facilities.

Location is great. Pool & jacuzzi are fabulous. Apartment was clean. It’s quiet & close to shops, beach, fishing etc

We stayed for 6 nights. We got a new set of bath towels on 2nd day & had to reuse for next 4 days. The bed had a big dip on right side so not overly comfortable. The apartment had reed diffusers on bench that had to be put out on balcony for the entire stay because the perfume was so overpowering. It cost $100 more to stay on the Saturday than the five weekdays we were there. There was no extraction fan in bathroom & the mirror fogged up every time the shower was used.

It was very run down, old, basic room. Not very clean.

I thought the grounds could do with a good blower for dead vegitation and general tidy up.

Location, restaurant food was amazing

Holes in towels, leaking into hall from rain, no pool bar told maybe open day after, gurney running to clean cabin opposite not tranquil at all, pool times not advertised scratched out, closed at 7, ran out of takeaway large coffee cups, staff didn’t really seem interested in guests, sent email had response but still didn’t bring towels without holes not that this is an issue but when you pay good money I expect good service
