Room was basic. It was a bit overpriced for what you get, but it is what it is I guess.

More little comforts as it feels a bit sterile. Perhaps the lighting in the rooms could be improved to make it feel more comfy.

"We found the Quality Hotel City Centre a very good place to stay on our travels"

Staff were incredibly helpful with a couple of queries/requests we had which we really appreciated.

The electric car charger only charges at 7kw but the charger is wired to three phase power and I believe could be adjusted up to 20kw which would significantly speed up charging time. It took from from approx 8.00pm to 7.00am to charge our car because of the slow charging rate that the charger is set at (if this is possible). This would mean that other guests could also use the charger if individual charging time could be reduced.
