"My Holiday at Blue Waters"

The apartment was spacious and had a lovely kitchen. There was a balcony with a nice view over the pool.

It was difficult having to climb up stairs with large suitcases to reach the apartment.

Good location and price

Not very generous with consumables (eg 5 coffee sachets for 4 people and 3 nights), dishes were a bit dirty. Dodgy wiring on bedroom lights/fans?

Fantastic location and great pool/bbq area. Just across the road from a beautiful park and walking area. Short drive to Harbour Town and theme parks in one direction, and Australia Fair, Surfers and Broadbeach in the other direction.

Our apartment was nice and clean, apart from the bedrooms, which needed a good dust and vacuum.

We liked the apartment, our children loved the pool. I also like the late pool hours for a beautiful night swim under blue lights šŸ’™

That our washing machine and dryer wasn't working in the apartment but the reception were accommodating and offered the main one to use during our stay. We just hand washed but the staff still were helpful

Reception staff were fantastic

The worst showers I've ever seen. May only be the apartment we were in, but the shower on full blast was a trickle of water. We could not wash our hair as the water wouldn't wash out the shampoo. Could be just needing new shower heads or could be a bigger problem. I dont know. Everything was run down In the apartment doors all damaged, everything warn to a point it just looks dirty. Hairs left all over the sink after the cleaners had been. Just not up to a nice standard Good sized apartment lovely pool area, but needs some up keep and care put into it.

Location was central to everything. Spacious unit Pool area nice / view nice enough Ceiling fans and air conditioning in some rooms Washing machine, drier, oven & microwave all worked. Secure and undercover parking It could be a great unit if someone looked after it. You expect the guests to look after your accommodation - guests should expect functioning and safe accomodation in return at the bare minimum.

Unit 32C is a 3 bedroom upstairs unit. It could be lovely if the owner paid attention to damage throughout the unit that has been neglected and left to deteriorate. 1. Hole in the wall where the toilet roll should go - upstairs bathroom covered with a stick on piece of silver card with a plastic toilet holder attached that would not stay on. (Forgot to take a photo of this). Just laying on the floor with hole exposed! 2. Hinges off kitchen cupboard doors. Doors half hanging off. 3. Leather lounge covered in dirty looking covers because one of the lounges has been ripped and unable to sit on. 4. Hairdryer in main bathroom nearly electrocuted my daughter. Threw sparks and smoke out when she turned it on. 5. Light in fridge does not work. Attempted to vacuum but the vacuum does not provide enough suction, iron is old!!! 6. Not enough cutlery and plates for a large family. 7. Bedroom light stopped working on last night of our stay. 8. No furnishings apart from basics. Empty unit. Very echoey. 9. Can feel the springs through the mattress when sleeping. 10. Dirty & cracked bowls in cupboards. 11. Upstairs toilet constantly ran. These problems could be fixed easily and relatively inexpensively. When paying good money for accomodation , surely guests should expect and receive a safe and comfortable environment. Very disappointed. Holes in walls and cupboards falling off are unsafe for children. Faulty hair dryers and electrical appliances are dangerous!! Please fix these things for future guests. There are many O H & S issues in this unit!
