Bathroom dated, toilet was leaking and ice cream tub located to catch the leaking water, carpets grubby and not enough power points in the room

Good location Friendly welcome. Easy check in. Easy exit.

Liked most things. Would have liked a small writing desk for some computer work. A bit more milk please. Could not find light switch for pantry. Main room light a bit dull. Neighbours a bit noisy.

The staff were friendly.

The first room we were given smelt like wet dog. We were moved out of that room and the next room the shower dripped all night and the toilet double button had tissue stuffed into it as it was missing.
