Location is good. Size of room good. Comfortable bed.

No-one to meet us. Auto kiosk took money but wouldn't provide room key. Help phone wasn't answered (3 times). Eventually got hold of someone on mobile number. Noisy reno's (tile cutting) from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is nice. Fridge acts like a freezer on top shelf. Not a particularly relaxing stay - expected better for the cost.

I have stayed here previously and was always highly satisfied and impressed, but this time I don’t believe I got the room I paid for ie. the room this time was a small queen size bed, no coat hangers, let alone any bath robes; nor a tea towel to dry dishes or a sponge to wash the dishes even though they provided dish washing detergent 🤦‍♀️

The room was very much smaller than what I booked and didn’t have the amenities I was supposed to get. I was told that they had sold the rooms I had booked that same morning and were booked out even though I booked over a month before.

Spacious clean room and first appearance overall of premises was very good

Guest internet was virtually non existent. The many roses are an integral part of your overall outlook. If you don't employ a suitable gardener soon to look after them you visual appeal will be lost.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable. Nice walk into town along the Riesling trail. Not may places offer a one night stay and I was pleased to discover the Clare Valley Motel.
