Lovely staff. Cleaning staff delightful and helpful.

“Green clean” I love the no use of cleaning products, that is fine. But no vacuuming for several days if just terrible. Cleaning staff can’t do their job properly, and I can’t even imagine the end of stay clean up they would be expected to do. No one wants to walk on that carpet with kids and no vacuuming for days on end. I mentioned this my last stay. I have stayed at this establishment for years, prior to the change of hands there was never an issue. Do better owners.

I liked the location. It is close to the Viking Club and a shopping centre.

The shower! The shower nozzle is TERRIBLE. It sprays water all over the bathroom and does not give a pleasant experience while showering.

Rooms were nice.

Please provide breakfasts.

While a bit far out of cbr (we knew this) it was great for a specific event that we were attending. The price was great, and considering the price of the property we did end up accepting the faults. The linen was very clean which made me feel very comfortable during the stay, and large windows was excellent to enjoy the cool Canberra breeze!

The television in our room did not work. As reception has specific opening hours, we were unable to notify the staff so I can only assume that they would have rectified this however the reception had already closed by the time we found out. The bathroom floor was also noticeably unclean, it was evident that it had been mopped with very dirty water. The tiles in the bathroom were white however there were black marks left all over the floor that were clearly from a mop without clean water. We also would have loved a microwave, but that is my own fault for not checking upon making the booking
