Closeness to airport

The indigenous fighting down stairs and the Police coming. Felt unsafe

Absolutely nothing. People eating out of the bin on arrival in the onsite carpark.Staff were not concerned . Staff had very limited comprehension of health and safety and security.

We arrived for a sporting competition. Receptionist was rude. Quickly put bags in room didn’t pay much attention as running to get to comp. and headed to competition. Arrived back late after competition to discover dirty towels, no blankets, broken tiles, old vapes, glasses and coins under bed. No one to contact. I complained but they would not refund. Very rude and aggressive staff. Totally incompetent. Also car was broken into we discovered on departure. Do not stay here!

Wifi uniquement à la réception ! Pas dans les chambres ni à la piscine Électricité, quand on branchait 2 choses en même temps ça disjonctait tout. Au bout de 3 fois ça commençait à être bien embêtant.

Extremely poor communication and aggressive behaviour from staff. We flew back from overseas on an overnight flight, arriving at 4am. I made this very clear via the booking message system because we required a late after-hours check-in, for somewhere to spend 5 hours whilst waiting for our connecting flight. Despite this, we were repeatedly sent automated messages stating that early check-in was not possible.. something we never even asked for. The messages were irrelevant and confusing, and staff later told me to just disregard them. If they aren’t applicable, they shouldn’t be sent. I asked twice about using the hotel shuttle back to the airport. The first request was ignored entirely. The second time, I was told to make my own way because our flight was outside their shuttle hours, despite our flight being at 12pm and their last shuttle running at 10am. This felt rigid and unhelpful given the circumstances. They then tried to tell me they had no knowledge of my requesting a shuttle, even after sending them screenshots of both messages. I was advised I would receive a code to access a lockbox containing our room key after payment had been received. Payment had been made two weeks earlier, yet no code was sent. Ten minutes before take-off back to Australia, I had friends in Queensland calling the hotel to chase the code. Had we not done this, I am confident we would have arrived at 4am with no way to access our room and nobody to contact since it’s outside of their hours. There’s no circumstance where access information should be left until 9pm the night of check-in, especially when the person receiving the information will be in transit. When I went to return the key in the morning, I was verbally confronted by a staff member. This escalated to both her and a man I assume is her husband following me down the hallway yelling. This behaviour was completely unacceptable.

Wasn't sure if the linen was clean and no amenities in kitchen eg. Milk and coffee
