The shower in our room was only Luke warm

Some of the guests where noisy and if you got tea and coffee facilities you need to have a toaster in the rooms as well to save on money instead of buying breakfast we brought our own and couldn't even cook toast other than that it was good and the parking outside of the accommodation should only be for the guest's

The property is located very close to the beach.

We booked this property as it had an adjoining restaurant that had menu options suitable for our young children. After trying to call throughout the day to book in for the restaurant with no answer or call back to messages left, we checked in around 5.10pm to find a very full carpark and a sign at reception to say there was a private event on and the restaurant was closed. We received no prior warning and even had a generic email the day before arrival with opening hours for the restaurant. The sign stated food could be ordered at the bar so we settled in to our room and went to the bar a little before 7pm to grab some food only to be told they weren’t doing anymore meals. No other close by places could offer a table for a sit down meal so we ended up having to have takeaway shop food while sitting on the filthy floor of our room. The cherry on the top was all of the guests from the event staying so the noise throughout the night and early morning kept all of us awake. We could hear every single burp, fart, sniffle & conversation our neighbours had. There was also no power points anywhere close to the bathroom to allow for drying or styling hair. Bunk beds felt extremely flimsy. This was a very crappy experience and we would not come back.
