Superficial cleaning -you don't want to upset the dust eg blinds, top cupboards, . The spa bath needed a good scrub. Light fittings hadnt been replaced. No dustpan to sweep up with. Blinds were broken. Stayed for 6 nights and got 2 toilet rolls for 3 people - a bit too frugal. the building is tired and would really benefit from a paint, repair the cracks around the windows and a good clean. Beds were comfortable enough.

Bed was firm. No face clothes. Can hear the people above going to the toilet. Very noisy on a Saturday night. Locality is fabulous. Cleanliness and working order of everything was great. Communication was easy.

Management have excellent communication skills and were more than willing to share local knowledge, thankyou for pleasant stay.

Warm friendly helpful staff. Very affordable accommodation, clean and well maintained rooms.

Comfortable apartment close to beach and restaurants

The only good this about this hotel was the location and the front receptionist was friendly. Our hotel room was filthy and full of mould which is a health hazard..... the upstairs unit it air condition was leaking onto our balcony so couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the view.

Overall average place, nothing fantastic about it expect the location, which was great. But also nothing terrible about it

It was an excellent stay. It was excellent walking distance to everything.

I booked this hotel for my wife and mother in law to stay while looking at properties on the coast. When an enquiry was made at 2100hrs about another blanket for my mother in law as she feels the cold more than most, the reception answered and stated that it was rediculas that she should would have to get up, get changed, go get a blanket and then bring it up. When my wife asked if that was a problem the woman who stated she owns the hotel and is not a receptionist. We stay in hotels regularly and would not expect that to be an outlandish request. When checking out the following day, my wife spoke to another staff member who said that this type of thing happens regularly when dealing with the live in owner. Didnt end up getting an extra blanket. Wife decided to now stay at the up the road at anywhere but here. Really disappointed with this, not expected nor deserved. Wont be back.

Room 23 has great balcony lots of fresh breeze fantastic views lots of restaurants close by
