The new owners are fantastic. They were extremely helpful when there was an issue that was nothing to do with them or their business. I phoned them after hours and they resolved it immediately. It was their third day running the business. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are located walking distance to numerous restaurants/ pubs. And close to the middle of town. Ample parking.

Great service from Sandra and Jim, the Managers. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean and very tidy and all the staff very friendly and obliging. Great location with a short walk to town and food.

Close to train station but no trains. There was no breakfast, no restaurant in spite of advertising

Offered free airport transfer on website but was not available for return as my flight was not a scheduled one. Will not pick up for the same reason. Adverised restaurant but not available. Grumpy unhelpful staff.

It is close to the main street and in a good location.

That there was no room service for clean towels etc. No one told us it was a public holiday on the Friday so went out all day expecting the room to be made up and fresh towels in the room on our return only to find it hadn't been done! The lighting was terrible there is only a light over the hand basin and not in the shower plus there were no exhaust fan. The room only had one small overhead light and the other two were on the side cupboards. Terrible lighting through out the room.
