Palm Bungalows

Frühstück war super, es gab alles was man bei einem Frühstück erwartet. Lage perfekt, fußläufig zum Strand und auch zu den Wanderausgangspunkten.

Sauberkeit: die Reinigung der Bungalows läßt meines Erachtens sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde täglich gesaugt, nicht gewischt. Die Betten wurden gemacht aber nicht frisch bezogen auch nicht wenn die Laken etc. verschmutzt waren. Der Balkon wurde gar nicht gereinigt. Das WC gereinigt, die Dusche teilweise ja, teilweise nein.

Location was great, loved having a park for our buggie and a place to charge it. Staff were great and room was great for two of us.

Great location and very central to everything. Facilities were great.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and cleaning wasn’t amazing. We found dirty underwear from last guest under the bed. Tv didn’t work.

Viele Baustellen, speziell in Sails, sogar die poolbar !!! Extrem viel Betrieb im Poolbereich, kaum Schattenplaetze

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice staff.

Having stayed here in 2019 we decide to revist, 2026, And included breakfast. Wow its changed big time and not for the better. Lots of new buildings on the complex. The palm bungalow we stayed is was some what tired and in need or a refurb. The biggest issue was the new sails bar / resturant, terrible serivice, terrible attatitude from some staff, total jobs worth. Shuttle service was great as always, crazy golf was great, Sails swim up bar area and sun loungers, were very poor, you had to get up real early to put out a towel to reserve a sun lounger if you could, its worse than a cheap holiday in spain. Wild life cafe was very over priced.

Restaurants, ease of access around island, generally very friendly staff

Breakfast menu at Sails, also two of the staff at Sails , both female, very rude, they worked breakfast on Sunday 1st and Monday 2nd March, both need attitude adjustment, only time they seemed even reasonably friendly was when a male co worker called into request they catchup later in day. I made the mistake of requesting salt and pepper, the salt and pepper shakers were basically thrown on the table.
