Rooms were spacious, we had the 3 bedroom option which had 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Nice clean balcony overlooking the port. Pool and bbq area was clean.

Beds a little soft, quiet a bit of road noise but that’s because of it’s central location. Furniture a little outdated but that wouldn’t stop us staying there again

"John & Colleen are excellent hosts running a great place, it’s worth calling in meet them both and to check it out."

Great location with fantastic views across the bay.

Can be a little noisy just off main road but quickly get used to it, it’s a trade off in my opinion, you are close to everything with an easy walk, or you have the option to go elsewhere with huge climb up the hills behind the main shopping streets.

"The best location for getting the most out of Airlie Beach"

Stylish property set in THE best location in Airlie, just a few minutes walk across a grassy area to the lovely Boathaven Beach and the marina. Only a 2 minute walk to the Main Street and ‘front’. A lot of holiday apartments in Airlie are situated on VERY steep inclines - so we felt quite smug we’d snagged an apartment at Portside! Lovely spacious rooms. Generous balcony (wonderful views) with access from both the lounge and bedroom. Provisions of tea/coffee were plentiful, along with the more practical stuff too - dish soap and tea towels 😊. Reception staff super friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay and I would definitely return!

Some plug sockets in the bedroom would have been handy for charging our phones but we just used the ones in the lounge.

Location was superb. Pool was great and KSB plus A/C in main room and bedroom . View also worth the stay . Short walks to the Port and Airlie Main Street and avoided the hill climbs

Nothing really., Decor a little dated but that’s being picky
